Never challenge a stranger to a chess match. Especially if that person has more passion than skills for the game. After you beat your opponent in the game, he gives a small sign to the burly men accompanying him – they grab your arms, toss a bag over your head and lead you away. Before you even realize it, you find yourself locked up in a cramped cell in the depths of an unknown and unnamed prison. You strike up a conversation with the prisoner in the neighbouring cell, who laughs as he tells you that challenging the Chancellor to a chess match might have been the worst mistake of your life and that “you will never make it out of here”!
