2. Legal basis
Non-essential cookies and similar technologies (including tracking pixels and some network requests) are based on section 205 of the Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014) and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Consent must meet GDPR (EU) 2016/679: freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Legitimate interest is not a basis for placing cookies. KHO:2026:64 and KHO:2026:65: personalisation is not a necessary cookie, and refusing must be as easy as accepting.
3. How to give and withdraw consent
On the first visit a banner shows Necessary only and Accept all on the same level, plus Settings. You can change the choice later from the cookie icon. The choice is stored in your browser. You can also delete cookies in the browser settings.
